Margareta Matišić (mezzo-soprano).
Her first successes begin during her student days where she sang the role of Sorceress in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, performed in Hungary and Croatia and the role of Ottone from Agrippina by G. F. Händel. In 2018 she debuted at the Croatian National Theater “Ivan pl. Zajc” in Rijeka as Mistress Quickly in Falstaff by G. Verdi. Her debut at the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb follows in 2019 first in the role of Third lady in Magic flute by W. A. Mozart followed by roles of Suzuki, Madame Butterfly by G. Puccini, Marcellina, The Marriage of Figaro by W. A. Mozart, Mercédès, Carmen by G. Bizet, Mrs. Nolan, The Meduim by G. Menotti, Flora Bervoix, La Traviata by G. Verdi.
